CHALLOW HILL
COACH HOUSE
Dexters Challow Hill Farm The Coach House Sheep

Come and experience the sights, smells and sounds of the countryside

LOCATION - Attractions | Directions

Please take time to read our access statement which gives information on stairways and, of course, access into the accommodation.

Set in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside this converted Coach House will give you the perfect setting to explore the area.

There is a small, but well stocked, Co-op supermarket in the village of Stanford-in-the-Vale which is 3 miles West towards the market town of Faringdon, or a large Sainsburys supermarket is located 3 miles to the East in the market town of Wantage.

Both of these local towns have the usual array of eating establishments and take-aways. Tuesday is the Market Day for Faringdon, with a Farmer's Market on the 2nd Tuesday of the month, and Wednesday and Saturday are Market Days in Wantage. Wantage Farmer's Market is held monthly on the last Saturday of the month.

There are also many local pubs in nearby villages who provide excellent meals, some of them using beef supplied by the Challow Hill Meats herd of Dexter Cattle.

Within a short drive there are many historic houses, Market Towns, golf courses and the glorious ancient countryside of the Vale of The White Horse to see.
